IRPForge Terms of Service — irpforge.com/terms

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using IRPForge. By creating an account, submitting an intake form, or generating a document, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Section 1 — What IRPForge Is and Is Not

IRPForge is an online tool that generates incident response planning documents for nonprofits and small organizations. It does NOT provide legal advice, cybersecurity consulting, compliance certification, or create any attorney-client relationship. Generated documents are planning tools only. Your organization is solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing any generated plan.

Section 2 — Who May Use IRPForge

You must be 18 or older and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You may not resell generated documents as your own product, generate documents for third parties for compensation without disclosure, or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying framework.

Section 3 — Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IRPForge does not warrant that generated documents will satisfy any legal or regulatory requirement, are fit for any particular purpose, or that use of a generated plan will prevent or mitigate any cyber incident. The framework is based on CIS Controls v8 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework as a planning reference only — not a compliance certification.

Section 4 — Limitation of Liability

IRPForge's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. If you used the free sample, liability is zero. IRPForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damages arising from a cyber incident at your organization.

Section 5 — Data Handling

IRPForge collects organizational information only. We do not collect SSNs, PHI, payment card numbers, or personal data about your clients, patients, or donors. We do not sell your data. Email marketing opt-in is separate from account creation and is not required to use the service.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

IRPForge owns the generation engine, framework, and templates. You own the output documents generated for your organization. You may use, adapt, and distribute your generated documents internally without restriction.

Section 7 — Payment and Refund Terms

Starter $199 one-time — non-refundable once generation begins.

Section 8 — Changes to the Service

IRPForge may update its framework and templates at any time. Previously generated documents are not retroactively updated. Regenerate to get current output.

Section 9 — Termination

You may cancel anytime. IRPForge may terminate access for ToS violations. Sections 3, 4, 6, and 10 survive termination.

Section 10 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
